Consolidation of Trend Information and Competitive Mapping

We analyze the current product landscape to better define competitive positioning. We synthesize trends to use as guidance. Done in parallel to Consumer Insights.

Phase 2 is the FUN part!

We bring all the insights and work together along with our partners to generate product ideas in a workshop format. This is the power of co-creation we would love for your team to experience! Workshop would be in person, a one to two day format, and output report shared within 1 week.

In parallel, we work with our network of distributors and assess potential opportunities to enter the market of choice. As a start, your brand's USP / Background / Story is enough to initiate the dialogue. We approach key accounts in the modern trade channel such as (not limited to); Spinneys, Waitrose, Carrefour, Lulu and Grandiose; E-commerce accounts like Talabat, Noon, and Kibsons; as well as HORECA “Hero accounts” to build brand awareness at a local level while still bringing in sales. This is initiated once we finish Phase 2, so we can share product samples with stakeholders.
